Title -- Customer Service Administrator 
Emp. Term -- Temp (6 mo.) to Hire
Location -- Northridge Ca
 

• Process orders on-line and by phone.
 
• Generate return authorization numbers for the subsequent return of parts for credit including monthly monitoring for completion.
 
• Trace shipments and or request proof of deliveries when necessary.
 
• Issue pricing adjustments on customer accounts – credits and re-bills for pricing error on invoices.
 
• Quote Pricing to customers.
 
• Service Calls • Service Notifications • Some Technical knowledge • Warranty Instructions
 
Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of at least 2 years of previous office administrative experience.
  • Must possess excellent administrative skills.
  • Must possess excellent telephone skills and can resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally is essential.
  • Detail-oriented and effective problem solver.
  • Must be able to maintain accurate records.
  • Must have SAP computer system.
  • Must know a little audio knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Ability to cross-training other employees.
  • Must know and practice all safety and housekeeping requirements.
  • Perform work in safe manner while abiding by the standards and practices of the company is a must.
