Job Responsibilities:

 
  • Analyzes and evaluates the company’s operating results and financial position
  • Analyzes options for company improvement on expenses.
  • Performs product line profitability analyses
  • Plans, develops, prepares, and maintains company’s budgets
  • Forecasts accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections, and expense projections
  • Performs ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Performs monthly reporting duties for executive management review
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • General knowledge of budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes.

  • Ability to work on a team
  • Willingness to travel 0-10% of the time
  • Willingness to work in an office in Northridge, CA
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 
  • CPA certification
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
  • Results-Driven: Having a proactive, goal oriented approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion
  • Can manage and inspire teams to perform above their expected level
  • Team Player: Having respect for colleagues; leading teams with clarity and accountability.
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization.
