HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to take part as a leader in our ongoing hiring campaigns and recruiting efforts. The HR Coordinator will help recruiters with all aspects of hiring. We are looking for a collaborative, proactive team player to support various key elements of the Talent Acquisition process.

You’ll perform and manage day-to-day processing and recruiting-related support activities,
such as,

- Coordinating and managing office interviews
- Developing hiring strategies
- Optimizing HR Process development
- Overseeing HR compliance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with recruiters to manage all aspects of electronic candidate files
  • Schedule post-interview debrief sessions between hiring manager/HR business partners
  • Interact with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a successful onboarding
  • Track new hire onboarding process through start
  • Interface with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background investigations and drug screens
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate as appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for improving both client and candidate experience and scheduling efficiency; make process recommendations to achieve operational
  • Other special projects, including supporting process development and documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, making travel arrangements for candidates as
  • Initiate and support job requisitions in the ATS (SuccessFactors), working with HR business partners and recruiters to ensure specs are complete during the needs assessment phase of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Provide first-level end user ATS support for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage office visits, including troubleshooting and coordinating on-site logistical elements
  • Ensure all interview notes are collected and stored appropriately
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a recruiting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal/written skills with a customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced office
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in HR Administration.
  • Experience with various ATS packages
