Administrative Coordinator

Novi, MI
   We are seeking a high-level, career focused administrative professional, to assist with the day to day operations of our organization.

* Previous professional experience to include the following:  
  • 5+ years of related administrative experience.
  • Experience with accounting, purchasing and financial software and related processes
  • Preferences are for SAP/SRM purchasing software
  • Experience working with Directors, Project managers, and Executives.
  • Experience using and maintaining a collaboration site, preference is for Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Highly experienced in MS Office applications.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain official documents and records, recognizing confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Advanced scheduling and organization abilities 
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially with executive team members.
  • Needs to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Willingness to run errands outside of the office and between locations.
  • Willingness to work in a large office, which requires walking throughout the day.
  • Must pass a background screen and a drug test
  • Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • No international travel required
