• Administrative support such as distributing mail, compiling and distributing garnishment & tax notices, answering and logging employee phone calls for further follow-up.
• Answering questions that come into the payroll questions email box
• Assistance with auditing payroll data entry
-- Prefer someone with Associates level degree or 2-5 years administrative experience.
-- Software Knowledge base to include (eTime, SAP, Excel, W2 portal, MS Office, ADP)
-- Requirement is the ability to review output reports with original backup to ensure data was entered correctly.
