Job Description:
 
This position will work closely with the University Relations Program Manager through a support function. You’ll help plan and prepare for fall and spring campus recruiting seasons. We are looking for a collaborative, proactive team player to support various key elements of the Talent Acquisition process. Job Responsibilities:
 
• National campus registration for both spring and fall recruiting events, this includes and is not limited to: information sessions, career fairs and student organizations
• Upload, maintain and track job posting through campus portals
• Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements; heavy logistics
• Track budget accrual through campus registration/events
• Heavy spreadsheet creation and management
• Assistance with office recruiting events
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, making travel arrangements for candidates as needed
• Manage office visits, including troubleshooting and coordinating on-site logistical elements
• Schedule post-interview debrief sessions between hiring manager/HR business partner/recruiter
 • Maintain and report University Relations costs, travel expenses and reimbursements
• Maintain key databases, such as diversity organizations/partnerships, professional organizations, agency partners
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate as appropriate
• Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture
• Maintain professional knowledge and experience; build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills as necessary and keep up-to-date with recruiting developments
• Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
• Other special projects, including supporting process development and documentation
 
 
 
Skills Required:
 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Strong Excel experience required)
• Detail oriented
 
 
 
Skills Preferred:
 
• Previous experience as a coordinator, handling heavy logistics
• Knowledge of and experience with campus recruiting systems and tools
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment
 
 
 
Education:
 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
