HR File Room Clerk

Job Responsibilities: • Unpack file storage boxes and file in file cabinets in HR file room • Organize HR file room to maximize space and effectiveness, to fit active files, at least 2 years historic terminated employee files, and potentially other HR related files if space permits • Follow up with employees who are missing required documents in their employee files to ensure completion
Basic Qualifications: • Ability to lift file storage boxes ~50 lbs • Attention to detail • Good organization and follow up skills • Service oriented approach • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
