Setup and operate equipment to assemble, inspect, and rework prototype and service electronic products within the Pilot Factory: Job Responsibilities: • Setup and monitor solder paste screen printer • Setup, load and reload machine feeders for surface mount equipment • Load and unload X-ray PCBA inspection machine • Setup and operate radial insertion machine • Setup and hand insert components and operate wave soldering machine • Setup and operate conformal coat/hot melt machine • Operate router to remove PCBA from panel • Manually assemble components at finish cell • Provide support to Material Control Technician in picking and returning parts • Operate software flashing equipment

Skills Preferred: • Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies: • IPC 610 certification • 1 years work experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Environment • Experience operating SMT placement machines
Experience Required: • Assemble electronic components and PCBs including transistors, diodes, integrates circuites, diodes, etc... • Advanced cababilites with soldering through hole surface components • Advanced soldering capabilites are an absolute must • PCB quality inspection experience • Advanced soldering capabilites are an absolute must
