• Assist the department with various clerical tasks • Prepare, verify, enter and/or update customer forms in SAP • Scan files, maintain accurate and organized files • Maintain and document collection efforts • Provide customer service to clients and vendors
• Positive and flexible attitude • Superior organizational skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Outstanding time management skills • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel and Word
2-3 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or related field. SAP experience preferred.
High School Diploma required.
