Retail Compliance Support

This position is within the company’s Lifestyle Home & Multimedia - Americas Division. Primary responsibility is providing investigating vendor compliance failures to root cause and corrective action. • Monitor retail vendor portals to review performance and obtain vendor violations chargebacks information. • Documents vendor violations and performance issues and escalates according to established standard operating procedures. • Analyze and track vendor violations to identify root cause and corrective actions. • Prepare weekly reports and chargebacks invoice to 3PL, suppliers and carriers. • Review accuracy of requests and ensures all necessary information is included and may route the requests to the appropriate department. • Read 100 page documents and pull relevant information and build a retail compliance matrix • Contact sales representative and retail customers for additional information or clarification if needed. • Able to navigate a wide working environment that consists of interacting with different departments. • Maintain a positive attitude and work relationship with co-workers. •Identify: What are our top issues and how do we correct them

• Excellence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access. • Good verbal and written communication • Quality type background with problem solving methods • Excellent customer relation skills • Data analysis and data mining skills required

• Proficient at using SAP required • Working knowledge of Retail Compliance portals and requirements is helpful • At least 2 years of experience in support/analyst role if they do not have Associate's degree

• Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in support/analyst role
